Return-to-Work Programs
We work directly with the employer to determine when an injured employee will be returned to work and with what limitations and restrictions may be necessary. We also provide a return-to-work physical which insures your employee is ready to safely return to his/her job tasks.
Modified/Restricted Duty Allowances
In most cases employees are returned to at least light duty (if available) the same day.
Prompt Communication Back to the Company
The employer is called immediately after the examination of the employee, usually by the attending Doctor or physician assistant. A work slip is provided to the employee with details pertaining to the back-to-work status. The Work Slip is immediately faxed to the employer for conformation.
Case Management
Each case is followed closely by our professional staff. Should a patient be referred to a specialist or other health care provider, we communicate directly with the provider as well as the employer.
Physical Therapy Program
We will work closely with a referred Physical Therapist in setting up and monitoring an aggressive physical therapy program designed to get your injured employee back to 100% as quickly as possible.
